Currently Obsessed : Moody Paint Colors

9 reasons why color changes everything! Moody colors are taking over (hooray!), and these are some of my absolute favorites!

1. Alpine Trail by Behr

This color is so gorgeous! I love how amazing it looks with white! The contrast is absolutely stunning!

2. Hale Navy by Benjamin Moore

Hale navy, indeed! Another stunning dark color that looks fabulous with white and gold! This room would be beautiful all white, but that accent wall takes it to a whole other level ?

3. Dark Olive by Benjamin Moore

I am loving this olive! I typically steer away from anything with a yellow undertone (just a personal “not my favorite” thing) but this has such a deep, rich, warm tone that’s incredibly inviting.

4. Black Forest Green by Benjamin Moore

A green that’s almost black?! Sign me up, buttercup! How gorgeous this is with marble and gold accents!

5. Madison Grey

My inner moody, rainy day loving, hobbit soul loves this soooo much! There’s no grey area here (teehee ?) it’s definitely dark and bold.

6. Salamander by Benjamin Moore

This emerald green is just stunning! It’s my understanding that it really changes with light, so it’s definitely a must to sample on the specific wall it is intended for, but Studio McGee nailed it in this space!

7. Dark Night by Sherwin Williams

These moody colors make white POP! The contrast is stunning, and easy on the eyes. Don’t you just want to put on something pretty and drink tea in here? Is that just me? It’s fancy, but warm and inviting all at once!

8. Flint by Benjamin Moore

Gah I love this! I mean seriously?! The white, copper, and brass are elevated with this backdrop!!

9. Studio Green no. 93 by Farrow & Ball

Green in the kitchen!!!! Yes, yes, and more yesssss!

If you were ever nervous about going to the dark side, I hope these incredibly inspirational spaces make it seem less intimidating. Start with an accent wall! As you can see, they all gloriously pair with white, and it will only bring depth and interest to a space. May the force be with you, my friends! Wait…is that for the dark side? In any case, you get where I’m going with that ????
