Best Chocolate Chip Cookies EVER

These are the ULTIMATE chocolate chip cookies! I substitute coconut oil for crisco to make them slightly more guiltless and they are 10 times better to boot! Happy Baking!


3/4 cup coconut oil

1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp vanilla

1 egg

1 3/4 cup al purpose flour

1 tsp salt

3/4 tsp baking soda

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup chopped pecans

Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
Set oven to 375

Combine coconut oil, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended.

Add egg.

TIP: Use a spatula to scrape theside of the mixing bowl to make sure the egg is completely mixed in

Add flour, baking soda, salt, and oats.

TIP: mix at the lowest speed and scrape sides with a spatula!

Add chocolate chips and pecans. I like to chop up the chocolate chips to spread the chocolate love around ❤️

Spoon sized cookies ? 

TIP: make them big or make them small, just make sure they’re all about the same size on the cookie sheet so they cook evenly ??

Ready to bake!

8-10 minutes.

Voíla! DELISH!
